We are happy to provide more information and photos upon request. We are available to answer questions both before and after you make your purchase. We pride ourselves on our expertise, our integrity and our customer service. We want you to know as much as possible about the special pieces you purchase from us.
Most of our shop inventory is antique or vintage and these hand-selected treasures will have "character" from age and handling. We value the authenticity and integrity of these interesting and genuine pieces -- and we know you will as well.
If you ever have any questions or concerns, please contact us immediately. If there is ever a significant error in the listing that would warrant a return, we will accept a return (with tracking) after we have authorized it.
We want customers who are well informed about each item they are considering in our eCRATER shop. So please read our listing descriptions, carefully review the photos, and ask lots of questions before you make your decision to purchase one of our special finds. When you purchase our unique treasures, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

SHIPPING POLICIES
We will only ship within the U.S., but we are willing to make exceptions for international buyers on a case by case basis. Most items will be listed with Free Shipping and will be shipped by either USPS, UPS or FEDEX. The free shipping will not include any expedited or express services, but they can be provided at an additional cost. We will pack and ship most items within 5 business days of purchase/payment. If you have a specific deadline or special requests, please inquire before you make the purchase. Our packing and shipping is usually quite speedy, but in the event that there is a backlog or delay we will contact you. Larger items (including furniture) that require special packing and shipping arrangements will have different "schedules" depending on the packers and carriers used. Please note, we try to keep our "packing" overhead low by using recycled materials whenever possible. Also, we pack very well to make sure that every "acquisition" makes it safely to its new home.
